When a flare hits, my body crashes without warning. One moment I’m full of ideas and energy; the next, I can barely move. The itching, joint pain, and bone-deep fatigue make me feel ninety years old. My brain still wants to go — but my body says no. Over time, I’ve learned that rest isn’t weakness; it’s medicine.
