Yes… and it’s not just in your head. Chronic stress sends your body into survival mode — flooding it with cortisol and adrenaline meant to save you short-term, but harm you long-term.

When that stress never stops, your immune system gets confused — it starts attacking you instead of protecting you. That’s how autoimmune flares can be triggered or worsened 💥
