About
This supportive, practical course helps women use journaling as a tool for self-understanding, recovery, and personal growth. It explores how regular writing can make space for emotions, clarify needs and values, strengthen self-trust, and turn difficult experiences into useful insight without forcing anyone to revisit more than they are ready for. Participants will learn approachable journaling methods, trauma-aware boundaries, and routines that work with real life, including an ADHD-friendly approach to starting and staying consistent. By the end, they will have a personal journaling practice that supports their next steps toward a more fulfilling life.
