And it’s written in a way you’ll actually relate to — no jargon, just real strategies that make sense. This is a gentle, guided journey from inner critic to inner coach. In 6 self-paced modules, you’ll: Learn how to calm your nervous system and quiet the stress response. Practise setting boundaries that are kind but firm. Build real self-trust, self-worth, and resilience. Take small “Caterpillar Steps” that add up to lasting transformation. Each lesson includes: 🎧 Voiceover micro-teaching slides to walk you through the ideas. 📝 Companion activities and reflection journals to put theory into practice. ✅ A short quiz (aim for 70%+, with unlimited retries) to consolidate your learning.
