This course helps adult learners understand misogyny and the growth of modern “red-pill” and manosphere thinking, particularly how these ideas can appear in social media, dating, intimate relationships, families and everyday conversations. It is educational, evidence-informed and accessible, explaining harmful ideologies without unnecessarily repeating or promoting extremist or misogynistic material. Learners build knowledge and vocabulary to recognise patterns, think critically about what they encounter online or in relationships, and make informed decisions about their own boundaries and wellbeing.
