Neurodiversity

When a flare hits, my body crashes without warning. One moment I’m full of ideas and energy; the next, I can barely move. The itching, joint pain, and bone-deep fatigue make me feel ninety years old. My brain still wants to go — but my body says no. Over time, I’ve learned that rest isn’t weakness; it’s medicine. Allowing myself to pause with kindness means I show up later as a calmer, more present mum. Healing isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about honouring the balance bet

✨ "Hyperfocus with ADHD feels like a gift and a curse. Hours vanish, projects take flight, and the world fades away—until exhaustion hits and the to-do list is still waiting. Transformation isn’t about perfection—it’s about rising again." 🐛🦋
